All ages and levels from beginner to advanced are welcome.
Janet will teach you the skills needed to draw well and mix colors accurately. She will help you every step of the way to assure you are successful. Full sessions meet for 18 hours and you are welcome to mix and match dates as long as there is space available. You may also choose short term or daily lessons. See dates and times below.
Students who want to create a portfolio suitable for art school or to supplement their college applications are strongly supported. Janet has lots of experience working with adults who want to learn the basics of making art, get some tips or refine their skills. Children who want to explore new techniques while learning about the elements and principles of art will gain a solid fine arts background while gaining confidence and having fun.
You may want to take a class with your child or grandchild. Janet welcomes the opportunity to teach family members and friends. You will create wonderful artwork while having fun together.
Lessons are taught at her studio located at 4 Laurel Hill in South Burlington, conveniently located near the intersection of Hanaford and Lowes, and next door to Burlington Bagel Bakery.
